| TJMHPH02-06-06, 04:54 PM | how would you rule on this sit: you are fighting a creature see it one round on its action it goes invisible. next round you go to cast a spell that affects a single target only that has a range of 25+5/2 can u target the creature or do the rules of invis kick in and u have a 50% miss chance? thanks |
| tarkin02-06-06, 05:07 PM | You can not target the creature at all unless you can see it. You need an area effect spell. Or at the very least a touch attack/ranged touch attack, and then you would need to pick the square and still get the 50% miss chance if you happened to guess correctly. |

The only other type of spells that work on the "guess the square" methods are the ones that you have to roll to hit with. You can still throw Acid Arrows at an invisible target, if you guess the right square, and your get lucky on the hit/miss chance. |
