Nat_20 06-01-07, 04:15 PM	one of my players is using a chain whip with his fighter and was wondering if it would be cool to have it instead deal slashing damage... i dont see a problem, i mean the picture of it in PHB makes it look like it has blades capable of slashing, and what if you wrap it around something and tug on it, wouldn't that slash the intended target... I might just have it do one or the other, not both Anyone have any comments?
somethings90 06-01-07, 07:03 PM	It seems ok but it would be a reach, tripping, disarming and sundering ranged weapon. If you don't have a problem with that then it is fine.
