Change a 1handed into a Light weapon? [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-30-07, 04:35 PM I was wondering if there are any abilities, enchantments, or matierials that would allow you to turn a One Handed melee weapon, such as a longsword or Battleaxe, into a Light weapon?

You might be interested in the following feat:

Oversized Two-Weapon Fighting feat.

It lets you treat a one handed weapon as light weapon only for the purposes of TWF penalties.

05-30-07, 07:45 PM There's a prestige class in Complete Warrior called Dervish that lets you treat a scimitar as a light weapon instead of a one-handed weapon.

...basically just a rapier that does slashing damage and weighs 2 more pounds. lol.
