Preferrably source.

09-07-06, 08:49 PM it be nice to know more about your character, and what he already has, but some staples would be non-armour that give you AC such as: Bracers of Armor, Ring of Protection, Amulent of natural Armor (All found in the DMG)
Other staples would be Gloves of Dexterity & Cloak of Charisma (Again found in the DMG)

09-09-06, 11:46 AM Just a side-note, some items may have slightly different names in there then they do in the DMG. Also,I must ask, have you not checked the DMG for magic items, because that's essentially what that is.

Definatly get stst boosting items, and what are his stats?
If it doesn't violate your character, I would suggest mithril light armour, because it allows your charcater to wear armour and apply his dex bonus.
