I was looking through the 3.5 D&D SRD and couldn't find any tables regarding character wealth (by level) and I can't find it anywhere. Is it in there somewhere, or is it non-SRD?

I checked the SRD, and I couldn't find it. I know it is in the DMG though.

It's non-SRD as are the NPC wealth tables, the Experience Point tables, the CR tables, the treasure tables, etc.

Most of the tables the DM references for adventure production are not in the SRD.

The primary purpose of the SRD is to allow 3rd party modules to use d20 game mechanics without infringing copyright.

3rd party modules don't need to explicitly reference the campaign balance rules (which include XP and expected wealth).

Thus they are not in the SRD.

Names, planes and the like are not in the SRD for a different reason - WotC doesn't want 3rd parties using them at all, at least not without explicit license and probably financial consideration.
