Persistant Spell Metamagic Feat = +4 Levels.

24-hr Fly = 7th-level Spell.

Command Word Spell Effect = Spell level x caster level x 1,800
Charges per Day = One charge a day equals a divisor of 5

( 7 x 13 x 1,800 ) / 5

So a pair of boots (associated with movement) with one charge a day of a Persistant Fly spell would cost 32,760? A significant reduction of cost compared to the 54,000 gold price tag of Wings of Flying with the exact same effect?

Did I do this right? Seems to be on the inexpensive side.
