Kouk 06-13-07, 06:19 AM	Finding items I want to buy is never really a problem :P It you are a fighter, go for magic weapons and armor, if you are a wizard go for magic bracers of armor and wands, etc.

How do you guys choose gear from wealth-by level?As a general guideline, try to buy the following items with a bonus equal to about 1/4th your level (round down): 1) Armor 2) Weapon (or metamagic rods if you're a mage) 3) Cloak of resistance 4) Primary stat increaser (gloves of dex, periapt of wisdom, etc.) 5) Ring of protection 6) Amulet of natural armor Then spend the remainder on stuff that looks fun or useful... for me this is often (in order): 1) wand of cure light wounds 2) handy haversack 3) dusty rose ioun stone 4) tan bag of tricks
