mostholy2 07-22-06, 04:48 PM	Can the Circlet of Persuasion +3 competence bonus to all CHA-based checks apply to a cleric's turn checks? Can you use it to increase the efficacy of Divine Spell Power? I believe it does, as turning check is clearly a CHA-based check. There's nothing that would suggest that you cannot apply the bonus.
