This is going to be short and sweet.
When you trip your opponent (when you have Imp. Trip) you get an attack or multiple attacks with a +4 modifier because your opponent is prone.
But when He stands up from prone you get an AoO, but do you get the +4 modifier for that as well or not.

Yes. He is prone when he provokes the AoO, so you get the +4 modifier. Keep in mind that because the opponent is prone, trying to trip him with this AoO is useless.

You don't get any bonus at all.

Your opponent gets a -4 penalty to his AC.
But when He stands up from prone you get an AoO, but do you get the +4 modifier for that as well or not.
