A character with the classic "2 Claws" natural weapon seems forced to stick with those 2 attacks even if the BAB could grant more, right?
My question is, could one use the TWF feat chain to use the Claws as 2 seprate and normal melee weapons? The character would take the standard -2 penalty but be able to make more attacks.
If not, how to make extra attacks?

Forget about the TWF feat, it does not help.

A hand with a weapon/shield in it can not be used to make a claw attack. This is generally taken to mean that a hand used for a weapon attack, can not be used for any other thing, even a natural weapon attack.

But ...

You can use a weapon in your main hand and get your claw attack for free. Your weapon hand gets your normal BAB.

The Claw counts as a Secondary weapon.

So if your BAB is 6/1, you get:

6/1 with the weapon

1 with the claw

If you have the feat that boosts secondary weapons to -2 instead of -5, you get 6/1 and 4

If you also have the feat that negates all penalties to secondary weapons you get 6/1 and 6

Well, you can always use unarmed strikes or spiked armor as the off-hand attack.

Well...

If you are a half-dragon (or high level dragon disciple) I think there are a couple of feats in Draconomicon called Rapid Strike and Improved Rapid Strike, which would allow you to take extra attacks with a claw.
