08-06-07, 07:38 AM Are there any items to help raise your cleric caster level for turning undead? My Dm keeps thorowing undead more powerful than we are at us and i cant touch them always just out of reach.

Phylactery of Undead Turning from the DMG. probably exactly what you're looking for - only 11000gp

Or if things are just too hard to turn, just stop trying and starting healing them instead. Positive energy really stings the undead.

08-06-07, 12:58 PM Are there any items to help raise your cleric caster level for turning undead? It's your Cleric level, not caster level, that's used for turning. Items that boost your caster level have no effect on turning undead.

Anyway, you should prepare Eagle’s Splendor for a handy boost to your Charisma. A higher turning check will up the HD of the most powerful undead you can turn. If you've got lots of preparation time, you can use Consecrate on an area to make turning easier. (Use Shrink Item to bring the altar from home.)
