Ravynwolf 05-25-05, 04:48 AM	Hey there! Okay, I'm still kinda new to D&D, and I have no idea how to create this item, my DM is a little stumped too. Heh. My character is a barbarian from the Great Glacer area...and her tribes totem is the Snow Cat (saber toothed tiger). She wears a cloak, which is effectivly a full pelt of this critter. Now, I want her to be able to have this cloak turn into a Sabertoothed tiger. We were thinking, having it turn once per day. When the critter is killed, or runs out of time it turns back into her cloak. Any ideas how to do this? The act of creation, or the cost? I hope this is in the right area, and not too stupid... Heh. Dalthbar 05-25-05, 08:28 AM	Take a look at the figurines of wondrous power. That's likely a good place to start. Other than that, depending on the animal's HD, you're effectively just casting a Summon Monster spell. You can match that up to at least get a basis for the strength of the effect.
