It is black with little gold swirly embroidery along the edges. Worn by a drow when found.

This is all I know. I have no other descriptions, no more information. Just thought I would throw this out there and see if anyone knew off hand.

They have different powers depending on things like which clan the drow belongs to.

Typically they provide a bonus to saves and/or hiding.
