Marendithas_the_Necro 01-13-06, 11:32 PM	One of my player in my game say he want that cloak(from complete arcane) it's the cloak who negate all non-magic attacks and for the magic attack you make a will save you do half-damage. My question is : Do energy damage do normal damage like a breath of a silver dragon when we have that cloak? I guess yes...
The_Owl 01-14-06, 03:38 AM	He must be thinking of the Starmantle Cloak (I believe it's called). All it does is halve damage on a successful Reflex save when hit with a normal attack. Regardless, it's not from Complete Arcane.

Emeramber 01-14-06, 10:27 AM	It's from Book of Exalted Deeds, and it doesn't have any interaction with breath weapons that I can remember.
