| Harmor10-30-04, 03:11 AM | Actually they are quite useful. Just make sure you have extra donkeys or horses to pull them. We go around in a carriage. Our cleric in his full-plate is leading the party. My rogue is on top with my crossbow (Mr. Radar). Our Ranger and his Handle Animal specialist is driving the carriage. His animal companion is next to the carriage. Our swashbuckler rides inside the carriage and drinks. I'm going to build a small wooden wall on top of the carriage so I can get total cover when going prone - I ususally go prone during combat while shooting from there. Maybe we can build a ballista up there too :) |

| shinjinbukai10-30-04, 03:55 AM | our dm dosent usualy stick w/ long quest for example we are doing temple of elemental evil but we have a special halloween event tomorrow in which we will battle demons and scary stuff like last year. but he usualy makes the adventures different from caves to wide open grassland |
