I'm fairly new to D&D, so bear with me.

If I've got a character wielding two weapons, who has the Two Weapon Fighting Feat, and a BAB that's high enough to give him multiple attacks, how do I figure out how many attacks he has?

I'll give you dudes the info.

Level 17 Fire Genasi
Ftr 11/Prp 5/ECL 1
STR 20/+5 (Doubt the other stats matter here)
BAB 16/11/6/1

Feats
Monkey Grip (Not sure if this works as I believe)
Two Weapon Combination (Greatsword and Shortsword(Acts as though he has TWF and Ambidexterity))

Right Hand
+5 Flaming Greatsword

Left Hand
+7 Flaming Shortsword

Anyway, if someone could help me out, I'd much appreciate it.

He gets three attacks with his primary hand, and one with his off-hand (whether he has two-weapon fighting or not).

I would guess from the post that you are playing 3.0; if so, then the only comment I would make is that you have an extraordinarily generous DM who seems to be willing to ignore the wealth-by-level guidelines.

A BAB of 16 gives four iterative attacks. Using a Greatsword means that you suffer a -2 penalty to attacks with the weapon. Also attacking with a light weapon in the off-hand means a further -2 penalty to all attacks in the round. ThusOn-hand +22/17/12/7
Off hand +26

If you are playing 3.5, then I'm afraid you can't use Monkey Grip to wield a Medium 2-handed weapon in one hand. You could wield a Large longsword (which has the same game stats as a greatsword), giving you the same attack routine as above. The comment about the generous DM still stands though.

Not a character I'm playing, I'm just somewhat messing around.

I think I can wrap my head around the explanation you gave, thank you.

Ah ok :)

The reason for the "generous DM" comment was the off-hand sword. A +7 enhancement bonus pushes the item over an Epic threshold and thus multiplies the item cost by 10. It would be worth 1,280,000gp, which is more than the guideline for an ECL21 character.
