With a +2 composite long bow for +1 strength and +1 arrows, what are it pluses to hit and damage?

Attack Bonus = (+2 bow) + (+4 dex) + (+1 arrow) = +7
Damage = (+2 Bow) + (+1 Str) + (+1 arrow) = +4

???

I believe that you would get the better enhancement bonus from either the arrows or the bow.

Which makes +1 arrows borderline useless, since by the time you can easily afford them, you probably have a +1 bow.

DuctShuiTengu (weird name) is correct.

Your attack bonus would be +6, while the damage bonus would be +3. The bow's enhancement bonus supersedes (does not stack with) the arrow's enhancement bonus(in this particular case, anyway).
