[Fiber] 06-24-05, 07:52 PM	Hi, I have an archer in 3.0 and i'm have been unable to find in the player's handbook if there is more than one person between me and the target, if i ger -4 from each person or only -4, even if there's 5 characters between me and the target... In 3.5 it's more clear than it's -4 even if there's 20 goblins between me and the great chief but i'm not able to find it in 3.0... Please, help !!! :-) (we are in a very narrow dungeon now and using the -4 for each character rule i'm just unuseful...) Thanks in advance
Yobgod Ababua 06-24-05, 08:38 PM	It's complicated. In 3.0 the DM decides how much total cover an opponent has, and that determines the modifier. It's never per obstacle... FYI, the 3.0 SRD is here: http://www.opengamingfoundation.org/srd.html Cover AC bonus 1/4 +2 1/2 +4 3/4 +7 9/10 +10
