i've got a question.

Somebody is standing in the middle of a passageway. You get your crossbow, concentrate and fire.
Are there any bonusses to attack or something like this? and are there any bonusses to damage for hitting him on a weak spot?

There is the Assasin's Death Attack ability.

And there is Ready Shot, an attack that does more damage when you ready a ranged attack against a charge. (+3d6).

There is Fell shot that is a ranged attack that counts as 'touch', by using up psionic focus (which takes time to establish).

Bonuses to damage are represented by criticals (lucky hit) or Sneak Attack (rogue skill).

Are there any bonusses to attack or something like this?Do you mean "aiming"? No, there is no aiming in D&D (or rather, it's already assumed that your character is aiming to the best of his ability).

are there any bonusses to damage for hitting him on a weak spot? Not unless you already have some related special ability. It's already assumed that your character is aiming for the best spot he can (to the best of his ability).

One house rule that you could use for "aiming for weak points" could be to take a -4 to hit in exchange for +2 damage. Nothing spectacular, but it's a way of mechanically reflecting a flavor description.

In fact, this system could be the basis for a Power Shot feat, working for ranged attacks the same way that Power Attack works for melee.
