| Theolotus06-15-06, 01:09 PM | A charater creation idea I've been mulling over involves bladed gauntlets as primary weapons. I have been unable to find a write up for them outside of SCAP. Any idea where to find the write up? Another question about such a weapon, would the charater need Imp. Unarmed Strike to prevent AoO? The decription for spiked gauntlets states that the carater is armed, but makes no mention of preventiong AoO. Thanks in advance for the help. |

As to your second question, anytime you are considered armed, you don't provoke AOO's for doing a melee attack, so if you have a spiked gauntlet on and punch someone with it you do not provoke an AOO. |
