Condensed Alchemist's Fire

This is a flask of Alchemist's Fire squeezed into the size of a small vial. This is done through boiling the liquid and condensing the steam until it is all sucked into the one-way-valve cork holding the vial shut. The contents are under such pressure that a dexterity check (DC 15) is required to work with it without a mishap (see below).
When this vial is thrown the glass breaks and the alchemist's fire ignites in a 10 foot cone, 15 ft wide at the end, in any direction (roll 1d8). Any subjects caught in the cone receive 1d4+1 fire damage, a reflex save of DC 15 halves the damage.
Market Price: 80 gp.
Cost to create: Alchemy check DC 18 + a dexterity check of DC 15 to avoid a mishap; and 45 gp in materials.

Mishap: If the user of this vial is not careful, the glass will shatter dealing him 1d6 fire damage + 1 damage from the glass, anyone within 5 ft. of the user also receive 1 fire damage as it splashes off of her. The next round the user takes an additional 1d6 fire damage. To extinguish the flames before the secondary damage the user must roll a reflex save of DC 15; this is a full round action.

Cool. Seems a bit weak though. And shouldn't the cone form continue to deal damage on the second round if that's what happens when its mishandled?

Yeah... i guess that works for me... So: On the following round all within the area of effect are subject to an additional 1d4+1 fire damage (unless they dodged, for half damage), to extiguish the flames before the secondary damage a second reflex save of DC 15 is required, this is a full round action.
