The item is a graft (arm, specifically) that applies the Consecrate Spell(CD) feat to all spells the character casts with somatic components. Not optional. As far as penalties for the graft, probably -6 or -8 hp. I'm thinking somewhere in the 40k-50k range. If a graft could otherwise give you a 6d8 breath weapon (Races of the Dragon) for 56k, I don't think it's a bad price...any suggestions? |
