I am hoping that you all can help me. I am currently playing an artificer i who is getting very into constructs. I have tracked down many of the constructs in WotC books, and the constructs in Dragon 341; hover, what I wish to find now are upgrades and options I can install on my big babies. My DM has already turned down the warforged installed components, which were the only options I knew about. I know that Dragon #321 has a few upgrades, but they only function the construct has a slam attack (which my red dragon effigy doesn't). Also, any obscure rules relating to constructs, upgrading them, etc would be appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help! p.s. Oh, and does anyone know of any spells/powers or items which can be used to take over constructs? I know the Arms & Equipment Guide has a rod, but it is vague on how it is used and how often it can be used on a creature, plus my Psi Artificer can not craft rods. :(
