| SephDragoon12-16-06, 03:39 PM | Could a construct, or other non-living, no-constitution creature use the rage or frenzy ability? Does the CON get changed into CHA? |
| Rulebook12-16-06, 04:15 PM | nope. you get what the book says: your con mod+3 rounds. invest in extended rage. |
| Fallenangel35912-16-06, 06:27 PM | so sad... extended rage, very useful... |
| CantripN12-17-06, 04:48 AM | You get 3 rounds. No con bonus, but at least you get 3 rounds. Extend Rage is the way to go, yes. |
| SephDragoon12-18-06, 01:29 AM | Yeah, I guess it would be broken as hell considering the constructs take no non-lethal damage, and doesn't suffer fatigue. So yeah, no con bonus doesn't seem that big. The guy did take extend rage, and wow, it extends it ALOT. |
| dengarbountyhunter12-18-06, 06:31 PM | Well, you only get 3 rounds of rage, but no fatigue after (since Con-less creatures are usually immune to fatigue). Not that cool, but still interesting. Edit: And sure, you can be a barbarian undead or construct if you meet the other prerequisites (having an Int score is a prerequisite for having class levels if I'm not mistaken). |
| SephDragoon12-18-06, 08:10 PM | It is for an NPC half-golem who failed his will save. Yes... I am not being very nice considering. It is one of the BBEG's minions. This guy is supposed to be stronger than a dragon (which he is... 34 strength without rage, frenzy, or buffs). |
