I have a question, If I lets say Create a Stone Golem, So i'm the controller, and they have Immunity to magic as long as the spell would grant them Spell Resistance. Can I as the Controller have the Golem Lower his Magic Immunity so that I may cast spells on him? Much similar to the effects of lowering Spell Resistance.

No. Immunity is immunity.

Even assuming a golem would understand the command, if something is immune to something else, they simply cannot be affected. Same thing applies to dragons and their energy immunities or someone under a mind blank trying to be affected by a bless or bard song.
