Example: Invisible Ioun stones, Invisible goggles, invisible gloves/boots/belt, Invisible Demon Armor. Now the tricky thing is, it should only be invisible when worn (prefer use-activated (vanishes as you put it on) but a command-word system would be fine too) and visible when removed for easy equipment management. True Seeing, see invisible, dispel magic should all work fine to revel it. And it needs to work on anything from armor to a quiver to shoes or a belt pouch. (so no +X armor bonuses plz) Note: This will not make the character invisible, only equipment. |

| Mellowship Slinky06-21-05, 03:34 AM | Try the glamered enchantment. While it's listed as a special ability for armor there's no reason it can't be applied to just about anything. In fact, I just dealt with an adventure where there was a spy with a full set of adventuring gear (armor, rings, weapons) was glamered, though at that point it probably would have been better to just have a ring of chameleon power or something. The glamered enchantment is 2700gp, which is 700gp more than an item of constant effect disguise self would be. So an item that actually turned invisible (normally 24,000gp) would, by this calculation, be about 32,000gp. |
