| Pallin Rahl03-29-05, 08:01 PM | I'm horrible at pricing magic items... and, hell, I don't even know if one of these could exist (the latter of the two)... as I've never been huge on item creation in D&D (not that I don't like it, just never really studied it too much)... but I got to thinking, sitting here in my work-induced coma... ;) So I come to you all... Could these items exist (by the book, that is... of course anything is to the DM's discretion, but I'm curious if they're possible via the 3.5 rules)... and if so, what cost would you associate with them? Item 1: Ring of Greater Blink (I believe it's called Greater Blink... it's the higher-level improved version of the Blink spell that has the benefits of Blink but basically takes out the negative side-effects, such as personal miss chance, etc...) Item 2: (the one that could probably not exist heh) Ring of Improved Initiative ...or, basically, <item> of <any effect other than Haste/Dex-buffing that will increase my Initiative> |
