04-29-06, 06:52 PM ok, so my 15th level Enchanter with the Craft Wondrous Item feat is planning on crafting a magic mirror that possesses intelligence. As far as abilities it has goes I was thinking about giving it the spell Trueseeing. Anyone wanna help me out and give me some opinions on what type of abilities to give it?
Chrono Nexus

04-29-06, 07:09 PM Is that in the DMG? How does it end the game?
Chrono Nexus
04-29-06, 07:14 PM Yes, it is in the DMG. If you read the description, you will understand why that item is too good... In my campaigns, such an item would be considered an artifact.

04-29-06, 07:46 PM Mirror of Opposition: This item resembles a normal mirror about 4 feet long and 3 feet wide. It can be hung or placed on a surface and then activated by speaking a command word. The same command word deactivates the mirror. If a creature sees its reflection in the mirror’s surface, an exact duplicate of that creature comes into being. This opposite immediately attacks the original. The duplicate has all the possessions and powers of its original (including magic). Upon the defeat or destruction of either the duplicate or the original, the duplicate and her items disappear completely. The mirror functions up to four times per day.

Strong necromancy; CL 15th; Craft Wondrous Item, clone; Price 92,000 gp;Weight 45 lb.

 :uh-huh:  :mymy:  :OMG!

That is NOT an 92 000 gp item !!! Thats a frikkin major artefact for gods sake!
