Lednera 04-03-06, 03:08 PM	I am looking for rules on how to construct portals to the outer planes or in the same plane of existence I know there should be a book out there that covers this rules but can't recall the name can anyone help me or point me in the direction were I can find a source for portal construction. I already own the book Portals and Planes from Fantasy Flight Games. Other resources would be helpful thanks
Dalthbar 04-03-06, 03:25 PM	I believe one of the splat books had a Craft Portal metamagic feat. I'm inclined to say that it was one of the Forgotten Realms books, but I could be wrong. Lednera 04-03-06, 03:42 PM	thanks for the feat but what i need is the mechanical rules for the building the portal that are in chaptere 2 of FRCS that I do not have at hand if there any other books that talk on this topic please list them also if you could quote the mechanics for portal building w/o getting into trouble here at the forums I would apreciate it.

ReverendCow 04-03-06, 11:10 PM	make it like a stargate! lol Actually, I went through this about a month ago, over on the Psionics Board, in a thread called "Portal-Jacker." The gate I designed, though, had 60 symbols on it, and each combination had ten symbols in it. It was insane. Trust me, it's nutty and probably not worth your time. Unless you're a DM, in which case you can make whatever you want with a simple *poof.*
