This red velvet bag, trimmed with a thick band of ermine, is well-known and coveted throughout the world. It is only usable once per year per individual, and its effects are dependent upon alignment, and are as follows:

Any Good - Grants one item that the individual wishes, up to 20 x d% gp in value.

Any Neutral - Roll d%.
1-25 - Grants one item that the individual wishes, up to 20 x d% gp in value.
26-75 - Grants a random gift, up to 10 gp in value
76-100 - Grants a 25 lb. sack of low-grade coal, worth 1 cp.

Any Evil - Grants a ton of low-grade coal...directly above the individual, which deals 40d6 points of damage upon delivery.
