tiggrhoo 01-15-05, 07:36 PM	Improved Critical doubles the threat range but doesn't stack. Keen does the same thing. A weapon that threatens a critical on 18-20 (like an elven thinblade?) has three threat numbers: 18, 19 and 20, so it will have a threat range of 15-20, that is, six threat numbers, if you have keen or improved crit or both. Under 3.0 rules I think they did stack, so it would double twice, which counts as tripling. There would be nine threat numbers, so the threat range would be 12-20! hope that helps cheers!
