Is that what you asked ?? Wasn't clear.

However, the price of a Crystal Ball with Telepathy, but w/o Suggestion 1/day is 70,000 gp, same as if it had it.

The Suggestion ability doesn't increase the price.

Well, assuming that it did (going off magic item rules), I would have to say that such a cost would not be great - going off the worse casting (command activated:)

(L3 spell * CL 5 * 1800) / 5 = 5400gp.

Note that as the spell duration is measured in hours, there is not time cost modifier.
