I was looking through the MIC for the crytsal of adamant weaponry, thinking it allowed your weapon to overcome DR as a adamantine weapon, but no. how much would a crystal that you can treat your weapon as adamantine cost?

Since you could use it in any weapon, even things like a quarterstaff that normally can't be adamantine, its actually far more useful than actually making the weapon adamantine. On the other hand, it does prevent another crystal from being used, and you don't seem to be indicating that it ignores hardness as well. I'd probably estimate 3,000gp, the same price to make a weapon actually adamantine. Maybe 2,000gp if you think ignoring hardness is a big part of what makes adamantine good. I'm really just guessing though, I don't even have MIC, so there's probably a real formula in there.

There is a ring on page 121 of the MIC called the ring of adamantine touch that treats all your melee attacks as adamantine for the purposes of over coming damage reduction.
It costs 6000 gp, which also sounds like a good price for your proposed crystal.

I think that there are very few creatures out there besides constructs that have DR based on adamantine.. As such, for 3kgp a weapon crystal can be bought that adds +d6 damage to constructs and overcomes adamantine DR against constructs..

Crystals are weapon specific and should be treated as cheaper then rings.

I'd probably price an Adamant Crystal at 2k and call it good.

If the crystal gives all of the benefits of an adamantite weapon, I would say 50% more than making a weapon adamantite (4500 gp).

If it only gives the benefit for purposes of bypassing DR only, Aelyrinth's estimate sounds more appropriate.
