Xerxes 05-11-05, 12:41 PM	It doesn't state it in the DMG, but do the better effects of the cube reflect the lesser ones? Example: I use the cube and activate the 5 charge "Protection from Magic" effect. Does it also protect against living things, nonliving things, gases/winds, etc? It might or might not, seeing how there is a 6 charge effect that protects from everything...but it makes some sense if they did perform the functions of the lesser effects. Xerxes
tarkin 05-11-05, 12:52 PM	No, they do not do the lower protections. But you can activate multiple effects at once, they do not deactivate each other. I.E. You can press 4 and 1, using 5 charges to keep out magic, gasses, and wind, but still let living things and non-living things in.
