They were in the old 3.0 Masters of the Wild Book. +1 Arrows With Cure Light, Moderate, Serious, and Critical Wounds build in. Striking a target with the arrow does no damage and instead casts the corresponding spell on the target hit.

Great against Undead, good emergency back-up healing too.
