I did a search but didn't find anything that quite answers my questions. Are there guidelines for crafting and pricing cursed items? I can't find any rules for intentionally creating them. The ones in the DMG do not conform to the other pricing guidelines given. Any help would be appreciated. Just fyi, this is for a PC of mine who wants to have an edge in a fight by allowing an enemy to acquire some of the party's magic items. Which are actually just cursed replicas that are useless at best.
