Chrono Nexus 12-17-06, 02:52 PM	I'd like some help creating this item. It is a magic sword that serves as a diplomatic tool. If creature willingly makes a spoken vow while holding the blade, he is bound to fulfill it. If he fails or goes back on his vow, he suffers the effects of a curse spell until he fulfills his vow or has the cursed removed... I'm not sure where to start for making such a nonstandard item, any help would be appreciated.
CryoSilver 12-17-06, 04:31 PM	I believe there is a similar item in COmplete Adevnturer or somewhere... It's a contract that can be written on and signe,d and then drops a curse on anyone who breaks it.
