I am making a master thrower and want him to focus on one weapon that can be thrown or not, but which one shuld i pick?

the dagger has a better crit range but the club is the stronger of the two without the crits and are a dime a dosen (acctuly less) and the half spear does the same as the club but has a better crit and far better range

what do you think?

It is thrown, not throne (a chair) but back to the question.

The half spear is going to be the most versatile. As you note crits do more damage, it has a better range, fair damage for a simple thrown weapon, and don't forget it can also be set for charge.

The club is the easist to replace (they're free) and bludgeoning damage is usually a benefit. The dagger is the lightest and easiest to carry in bulk but also has the lowest damage of the three.

Given these three weapons I'd carry a half-spear or two with a club primarily for melee backup and a number of dagger if I need to throw multiple times during an encounter. If you wish to go into martial weapons the hand axe also becomes available.

Shortspear is my favourite, personally. (3.5 halfspear)

However, since you're going master Thrower, you may want to take daggers, as Palm Throw is one of their better class features, and won't work with clubs or shortspears.

Halfling Skiprocks! Who cares if it can be used in melee or not, it's a weaponized skipping stone!

But seriously Dagger if you think you might pick up Palm Throw, Half/short-Spear otherwise.

I always intended to get some skiprocks (reterning ones would be great), but I wanted to make the most of weapon focus by useing a weapon I can throw or melee
