I am thinking of playing a cleric that uses daggers. Are there any feats or anything that make the dagger a good weapon?

Point Blank Shot
Far Shot
Quick Draw
Two-Weapon Fighting
Weapon Focus (dagger)
Weapon Finesse

well thanks but.... anything a little better? the weapon focus and all are good, but they require a lot of feat spending.

Daggers aren't a very good weapon. It takes a lot of work to get really deadly with them.

Sadly they aren't. There's some splatbook material out there that capitalizes on it I'm sure.

The only real specialist I can think of is the Invisible Blade (?) and that is only a mediocre PrC.

The Thrown Weapon master can make good use of daggers. Also, thrown weapons in general are the only ones that allow you to make use of both two weapon fighting and rapid shot, assuming you have quick draw.

halfling paragons can add half their dex mod to damage with thrown daggers.

The only reason a character will use daggers over another weapon is if they have weapon finesse; this is true of every light weapon. Daggers can be thrown, and this makes them comparable to martial weapons (just compare them to throwing axes).

Also, a good combo with this is Quick Draw and Flick of the Wrist. (But again this applies to any light weapon.) Throw in a few levels of sneak attacking/sudden striking class and top it off with Invisible Blade and you give anything with a discernable anatomy without Uncanny Dodge something to worry about.

Granted that's a lot of conditions to meet, but it's fun and not that hard to pull off.

ignore the dagger in favor of the kukri, and go black flame zealot!

Depends on whether you want to use one or two.
And whether you want to throw it(them) or use in melee.
There's the Master Thrower prestige class, though.

Daggers are the best weapon available to any character.

Town Guard [to Fighter]: Sorry sir, please hand in your weapon. We don't allow people to roam the streets with Greatswords strapped to their backs. You can collect it later.

Town Guard 2 [to Rogue armed with about 10 daggers hidden on his person]: Move along sir

[Later in an alleyway, Rogue and Fighter are ambushed by muggers]

Fighter: Hah, I'll just deal with these with my trusty Greatsword! [Reaches for sword, but it's not there]...[to muggers]...err, can we talk?

Rogue: [Sighs and releases a volley of daggers at the approaching scoundrels droping two before drawing another pair and adopting a defensive stance...]

Or similar for being captured and searched by the lazy orc guards, being admitted to some fancy do/establishment, or whatever.

Daggers, whilst not doing the most damage in the world, are light and concealable. That makes (in conjunction with Quick Draw) it extremely hard to be Disarmed (just draw another). They (as people have said) are both a melee and a ranged weapon (for flexibility). Low Damage becomes fairly irrelevent as you get to higher levels - buff your strength to a +10 mod and dealing 1d4 or 1d6 becomes a moot point (11-14 as opposed to 11-16 isn't much of a big difference now is it?). O.k. so you can't power attack with it, but if you go finesse your not going to be power attacking anyways. You've also got a 19-20 Crit chance. Better than most. If you have access to Complete Warrior, there is also a varient use for Sleight of Hand that causes your opponent to become flat-footed for one attack when using a dagger. Above and beyond everything else though...EVERYONE is proficient with them. That makes daggers potentially the most common magic weapon available (or at least it should be) - When you start adding magic to weapons, the actual damage it does becomes even more irrelevant.

Sorry, I'm ranting now, so I'll stop. Hope I've made my point well enough.

Well ... Unless you've got a spiked chain.

^...admitted. But then the Spiked Chain is a whole different kettle of cheese.

Daggers make excellent secondary (actualy, tertiary; secondary for a melle char would be a bow/xbow) weapon that can be concealed. Besides this, I, personaly, have no use for the dagger.

I carry daggers for last-ditch spellcaster disruption, general utility (try cutting a rope with a warhammer!) and backup weapons. As a character's Strength and/or Sneak Attack dice go up, the base weapon damage die becomes less and less important. Yes, 2d6 is always going to beat 1d4, but when your damage bonus is +12 or +5d6, it's not that big of a deal.
