Hi!

I want to make a character that is THE JUGGERNAUT *****!

But I think about it and I say to myself "what is the use of bullrushing?"

Obviously he will be big into charging... (i'll give him any of the following feats: flying kick, roundabout kick, cobalt charge should i use MoI or the charging feat for fighters in MM3) and using his fights/kicks since he is unarmed.

But what about bullrushing? Whats the use in it besides to drive a guy back? Is there a way I can damage with a bullrush? Or heck. Is there a way bullrushing somebody into an object will hurt them? Say I bullrush someone into a wall or object or spiked wall?

he will have reaping mauler... which is a incredible boon >.>

any help fellas?

The primary purpose of bullrush is battlefield control. If you've got someone harassing your arcanist, or you want to shove someone in between your rogues, you bull rush him. It's also good for shoving people off cliffs and into fire pits and whatnot.

I'd probably give a d6 damage for slamming someone into a wall, but it'd be a houserule.

What you may want to do, if you have access to the Tome of Battle, is use the Martial Study feat to pick up the Charging Minotaur maneuver (or, alternately, dip a level of Warblade to get it). This inflicts damage from the impact and lets you shove people back without having to follow them along.

I'd make it deal less than 1d6 for knocking someone into a wall. Awesome Blow (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsterFeats.htm#awesomeBlow) deals 1d6, and one of its prerequisites is Strength 25. I'd make it deal 1d4 at most.

If you REALLY wanted to make the Juggernaut, he'd have to be epic, and have to have levels in the epic PrC LEGENDARY DREADNOUGHT. It's even got the special ability UNSTOPPABLE.

I personally use 1d4 + (attacker's body weight/10) for damage off a bull's rush into a wall. I also require the attacker to push the opponent at least 10 feet (to build momentum,) which actually means beating the victim's str check by 10. You get 5 ft for free, but you need 10 ft to move and another 5ft that gets spent slamming the victim into the wall (ie: trying to move but hitting the wall instead.)
