In the scene where the Tleilaxu Face Dancer, Scytale, kills Farok, he uses a dart launcher that appears to be held on two fingers. Do any of you know of an already existing approximation for this? If not, here's what I came up with: Cost Dmg Critical Range Weight Increment Assassins' Dart Launcher: 50gp 1d2 x2 10ft 1/4 lb ADA, Repeating: 200gp? 1d2 x2 10ft 1/3 lb Due to the delicate parts of which it is constructed it takes 1 full round action to reload an Assassins' Dart Launcher, which provokes attacks of opportunity. Repeating Assassins' Dart Launchers carry a clip that holds 3 darts, and are made of tougher materials and employ a smaller version of the same mechanism that reloads repeating crossbows, taking a free action to load. Comments? Suggestions? Flames? |

I came up with mounting some on the inside of our fighters shield to shoot a barrage at foes as needed. He looked as if he was strictly melee but he could pull off a cool ranged attack when he liked. |
