If a creature has a damage reduction, must a character have (doing a death attack on this creature) a weapon with the special properties to overcome the damage reduction ?

If a creature is immune to sneak attacks, and become vulnerable to attack by a spell, can a character do a death attack on this creature ?

Are there spells as grave strike, golem strike, vine strike for elemental, ooze creature ?

If yes, where ?

Thanks for your future help.

Damage Reduction might be irrelevant; it is, however, covered by the rules that an attack that deals no damage due to DR also has its effects negated most of the time. In any case, what you might have been confused with is regeneration.

No. You would have to remove the creature's immunity to criticals altogether to make such an attack work. As is, most of the spells you listed allow you to bypass its immunity for one or more attaacks, but that doesn't change the fact that the creature is still immune to criticals (and by extension Sneak Attacks and Death Attacks).

No, the spell permit to make a snake attack.

So, it's in the case of a creature with regeneration, the weapon must be with the correct property.

If an assassin studies his victim for 3 rounds and then makes a sneak attack with a melee weapon that successfully deals damage, the sneak attack has the additional effect of possibly either paralyzing or killing the target (assassin’s choice)I read that as saying that if all the damage is negated by the DR (unlikely, given that it's probably coming with at least 6d6 sneak attack damage), then the Death Attack has no effect, but if you manage to overcome then the DR the Death Attack does apply.

I agree but with one caviot: Many creatures with immunity to critical hits are also immune to death effects (constructs, & undead), so regardless of your ability to sneak attack them, they cannot be killed by death attacks.

The death effect is a surnatural, spell-like abilities, spell, no ?

The Lurk in the complete Psi has the ability to sneak attack undead and constructs with lurk augment.

that is irrelevant. the OP wasn't talking about immunity to crit. hits but rather damage reduction. i dont know if there are any dr bypass spelss but if i were you id check the draconimicon, the savage species, libris mortis, and lords of madness.

the OP was saying that if the target had dr5/bludgeoning and he gets stabbed for a sneak attack would it do reg. damage even though it doesn't bypass the dr.

the answer is yes it does all the damage - what ever the dr is. for effect like poisoning and elemental damage, im not sure for death attacks, the attack just has to hit not overcome DR.
