Deflect Arrows vs Lightning Throw [Archive] - Wizards Community

05-11-07, 02:24 AM i believe lighting throw is technically a "line" attack, not a targeted ranged attack. But, RAYW.

05-11-07, 03:02 AM Err...I double checked, and yeah, it is a line, but it also requires an attack roll, which is what made me think Deflect.

But then again, it's a melee attack roll, and you can't normally Deflect melee attacks.
