If you're invisible and you're attempting to disarm someone who is unaware of your position, how would that affect the opposed attack rolls? Would the target of the disarm even get an opposed attack roll, since total concealment normally prevents attack rolls?

total concealment doesen't mean the attacker doesen't recieve an attack roll. But the invisible attacker gets a +2 to hit.

You could rule that the defender would get 50% miss chance on his opposed roll.
