if i dual wield two weapons that give bonuses to disarm, or trip, do the bonuses stack?

I think as far as RAW goes, no they don't, since you'd only disarm with one weapon at a time (but could get 2 chances, since you could use your offhand attack for the disarm also).

But I would houserule that you could try with both weapons at once (forgoing the offhand attack, assuming you do it as a full-round action), and have the bonuses stack.

There is a feat somweher for using both weapons at once, Called 'Duel Strike' I think... and it actaully put decent penalties on the attack that used both weapons at once.
