No, I'm not trying to disarm a creature's claws :whatsthis:. Let's say a humanoid creature with claws (Lizardman, Troglodyte, whatever) makes a disarm attempt with his claws and succeeds. Would the opponents weapon fall to the ground or could the clawed creature take it in hand since its hands are empty?

I'm inclined to say that RAW the weapon is probably knocked away since you are using a natural weapon, which are mostly treated as being armed, it makes sense to me that making a disarm with claws would knock away the weapon since the claws tend to be at the end of a hand and this would make it very awkward to grab anything after it had been hit hard enough to pull it out of someones grasp.
