For fun I made some magic item themed on priesthood, I checked spell requirements/spell list compatability, alignment requirements/priesthood alignment, also I factored in the deities favored weapon. I included a little paragraph as to why the item fits the priesthood so well. If you want to add to the list feel free.

“Justice”
+1 Axiomatic Heavy Mace of Mercy
An axiomatic weapon is lawfully aligned and infused with the power of law. It makes the weapon law-aligned and thus bypasses the corresponding damage reduction. It deals an extra 2d6 points of damage against all of chaotic alignment. It bestows one negative level on any chaotic creature attempting to wield it. The negative level remains as long as the weapon is in hand and disappears when the weapon is no longer wielded. This negative level never results in actual level loss, but it cannot be overcome in any way (including restoration spells) while the weapon is wielded. The weapon deals an extra 1d6 points of damage, and all damage it deals is nonlethal damage. On command, the weapon suppresses this ability until commanded to resume it.
Moderate evocation [lawful], Faint conjuration; CL 7th; Craft Magic Arms and Armor, order’s wrath, cure light wounds, creator must be lawful; Price 32,312 gp Cost: 16,312gp + 1,280XP.

This item is very iconic of what St Cuthbert represents, and his priests as low level as 7th level can easily meet all but the financial requirements to make this item. (though by the character wealth by level chart on page 135 DMG 3.5 they could meet the requirements if they don’t mind investing roughly 85% of their net worth into a weapon to represent their faith, and lay the heavy beat down on lawbreakers while leaving them alive to receive proper justice, though in two levels the price would be far less signifgant) The potential base damage against chaotic lawbreakers (the majority of lawbreakers) is 1d8 +3d6 nonlethal, perfect for those with compunctions against killing (Neutral and Good characters) but still want to see wrong-doers get justice.

“Sun’s wrath”
+1 Holy Undead-bane Light Mace
A holy weapon is imbued with holy power. This power makes the weapon good-aligned and thus bypasses the corresponding damage reduction. It deals an extra 2d6 points of damage against all of evil alignment. It bestows one negative level on any evil creature attempting to wield it. The negative level remains as long as the weapon is in hand and disappears when the weapon is no longer wielded. This negative level never results in actual level loss, but it cannot be overcome in any way (including restoration spells) while the weapon is wielded. Against undead, its effective enhancement bonus is +2 better than its normal enhancement bonus. It deals an extra 2d6 points of damage against the undead.
Moderate evocation [good], Moderate conjuration; CL 8th; Craft Magic Arms and Armor, holy smite, summon monster I, creator must be good; Price 32,305 gp Cost: 16,305gp + 1,280XP.

This item represents the more militant side of Pelor and his role as "adversary of all that is evil". Even when grappling with the very forces of darkness this weapon would allow a character to make sure they fell Pelor’s disfavor! At the earliest level they would be able to create this a priest of Pelor could meet all the requirements (including financial) with ease. 5d6 vs. most undead is pretty respectable for something that doesn’t expend charges or spell slots.

“Trickster‘s outfit”
+ 1 Glamered Improved Silent Studded Leather Armor of Improved Shadow
When not glamered this masterwork suit of studded leather armor appears well oiled and jet black. Upon command, the armor changes shape and form to assume the appearance of a normal set of clothing. The armor retains all its properties (including weight) when glamered. Only a true seeing spell or similar magic reveals the true nature of the armor when disguised. This armor blurs the wearer whenever she tries to hide and is magically constructed so that it not only makes little sound, but it dampens sound around it. It provides a +10 competence bonus on its wearer’s Move Silently and Hide checks.
Moderate illusion; CL 10th; Craft Magic Arms and Armor, disguise self, invisibility, silence; Price 33,875gp; Cost 17,025 + 1,348xp

This item is perfectly suited (pun) for the priesthood of Olidammara. They can easily meet all requirements at tenth level (including financial, in fact 10th level rogues could afford to buy it at full price!). Since it isn’t specified as only one fixed appearance when glamered it is perfect for everyday wear, and no one will get wise to you wearing the same set of cloths all the time! Ninjas wish they had stuff this good. The spell combination is a little difficult for anyone who doesn’t have Trickery Domain or just happens to be a Bard with the right spells chosen and crafts magical arms and armor.
