Hey I kind of need help pricing some items our DM has given us in his campaign, These are kind of weapons of legacy ish, except there not really, I don't have the book so its hard to check.

Basically this all started when I thought mine was kind of underpowered compaired to everyone else, given I cant really complain much because they don't count towards out total character wealth, and in pricing mine it was a pretty humbling experience.

Character name who has the item
What it dose

Thane Elf rogue
+1 Rapier. 2,320g
+1d6 Sneak attack. +6,000g
+10 Move speed. 5,000g
*Quick draw (That weapon only). ????g
*Flash Step 2/day ????g (It lets him basically sneak attack on a charge but finish his movement, like spring attack. He is effectively invisible for the attack, and the enemy's are flat footed.)

Kanno human paladin
Its a helm
+3 effective level for mount purposes. ????g
+1 Smite Evil per day. ????g
+2 to effective level for turn undead attempts. (Hes like a cleric now). ????g

Keith elf ranger
Magic Quiver
Unlimited arrow (Not really that big of a deal money wise)
5/day augment the arrows so they can be made of a special material to bypass DR, cold iron, silver and all that. Also it lasts the whole round so its all of his attack and I guess its a swift action to activate. ????g
3/day All ranged attack that round are treated as force damage, I hope we fight some ghosts soon! ????g

Tony human fighter/dervish
+1 Scimitar 2,315g
+ Keen +6,000
+ Main weapon is effectively wielded as if two handed 1 1/2 strength to damage. ????g
+ Makes off hand weapon as if main hand 1time strength damage instead of 1/2 strength damage. ????g
+ There connected by a chain that is basically Improved trip as the feat as long as he has both of them out. ????g

Jacob Human Cleric(My guy)
Magic Domino amulet
+2 Luck Bonus to saving throws 8,000g
+ Unluck 1/day 5,400
+ Greater Status 3/day...30,240 (also it can work for 3rd level spells) so if that counts its 48,600!
+2 to Bluff, Diplomacy, Prof: Gambling, and Sense Motive 1,800g

So I guess its a pretty sweet item, its just the party is never really that far away (I have boots of striding and springing) so its never really come up, i mean i cast it, 1/hour per level and im level 8. But never really unluck. But I'm not complaining about it its a sweet item. But I was just wondering how it stacks up against everyone else price wise?

Mine is the only one thats purely mechanical as far as pricing goes...curse high level spells. So it looks way more expensive than everyone else's.

So I'm looking for prices on the unpriced abilities, feel free to double check my math, little rusty at magic item pricing. Any advice is very helpful.

Thank!

*Edit

Also I've talked to him and told him I was going to be posting, and he did agree with me that mine seemed under powered compared to the rest of em, so suggestions on how to bring it up to their level would also help, Thanks!

All prices below are off the cuff estimates. I could see +/- 20% depending on the game.

Quickdraw, that weapon only is relatively cheap. Maybe 2k?

Flash/day is expensive. It consists of a powerfull combination, allowing both the sneak attack and the spring attack, with just one command word. I would think around 10,000 for 2/day

+3 for mount (i.e. you are considered 3 levels higher for the purposes of the powers of your mount) I would say that is about 4,000 gp

Smite Evil/day, +1 looks to me to be around a 5000 gp. Not quite as good as Flash/day, but still nice.

+2 to turning level, worth about 2,000 gp

unlimited arrows is priced at around 20,000 gp according to WoTC. Click here to see the WoTC web published item that does this. Look for the quiver of Anariel (http://ww2.wizards.com/Books/Wizards/?doc=fr_lonedrowstats) It is not the cost to the PC, it is the BENEFIT to the PC, which is more than the money saved. Running out of arrows in the middle of a campaign is built into the assumptions for any extended dungeon. You are supposed to conserve them, not fire them off forever.
5/day any material as a swift action? Worth at least another 9,000. Look, the guy no longer needs to carry arrows of ANY kind. That is a big deal, not a small thing. Particularly as he can make adamantine arrows and use them to dig for 5 rounds. Well worth it for a strong PC.

3/day as Force. Better than merely ghost touched in many ways. Still, not as good as negating DR. maybe 2,000 gp

Scimitar:
main weapon as two handed. VERY powerfull. say 15,000 gp. That kind of thing is something that takes TWF and changes it from a powerful feat for specific characters (Rogue, Ranger, rich people) to an overpowered feat for them and a powerfull feat for everyone else

Off hand weapon as main hand for strength. Say 10,000
Similar argument.

The strength boosts are killer for strong characters. TWF is already the best strategy in the game, if you are smart enough to trip/disarm, etc. With extra strength, they make TWF the best combo by FAR for anyone with a brain.

Improved Trip is worth around 5,000

My character is the Cleric Jacob. Thanks for all the input Tarkin! I would have thought the numbers would have been higher, but I guess thats just my thought on the matter, is there a set number for how much a feat costs? Any more help would be great!

My numbers were all off the cuff estimates. I may be underestimating them.

The old 3.0 book A&EG suggested a base price of 5k for a feat, + another 5k for each pre-req it had.

Honestly, that system sucks. It is one of the worst pricing systems around, because feats are not really levelled.

I used it as only something to keep in mind. Don't trust it one bit.
