According to the mob rules in the DMG II any spell or effect capable of incapacitating a single member of the mob inflicts two negative levels on the mob. A mob with 30 negative levels disperses. I've considered doing it like this: -Make check (only 2 HD needed). -Roll turn damage (lets say 10 HD turned). -Divide the damage betweeen an even number of zombies and skeletons and fill in the remainder with skeletons. So in this case 3 zombies and 3 skeletons are 9 HD, plus 1 skeleton to reach the total of 10 hd. -Apply 2 negative levels per turned/destroyed undead. So this would inflict 14 negative levels on the mob for turning/destroying 7 members. Has anyone come up with a better, quicker, or easier method? |
