ferris1971 03-01-07, 05:41 PM	Can an Aasimar take this regional feat? The prereq for Dreadful Wrath says Humans (Rashemen), KuaToa (Underdark), and Planetouched (Silver Marches, Impiltur, Thay, or Western Highlands). Sounds like those regions would have mostly tieflings in regards to planetouched... Can I be an Aasimar from one of those regions and take this feat at 1st level?
Empirate 03-02-07, 03:03 AM	Legally, if the entry is nothing but "planetouched", this means Tieflings, yes, but also Aasimar, Genasi, Chaonds and Zenythri. So you should have no problem taking the feat if you're an Aasimar from the Silver Marches, Impiltur, Thay, or the Western Highlands. You couldn't legally take it if you were from the Underdark or Rashemen home regions, although Rashemen would most likely be no problem if you were raised by humans.
